Annotation

Purpose of the project is to create a tool for detecting risk of school failure in preschool children (at the age of 5), which will also allow identification of areas for possible pedagogical, psychological or socio-pedagogical intervention. The aims of the proposed project: a) Develop a Cumulative Risk Index of School Failure to identify such risk at pre-school age. b) Develop a series of tests of cognitive functions, social cognition, and affective functions in the form of interactive computer games. c) Analyze the relationship between the cognitive functions and results of Cumulative Risk Index and school performance. d) Analyze the predictive validity of the Cumulative Risk Index in relation to the assessment of child's school performance and its adaptation to school by a teacher.
