HRS4R

On 27th of November 2017, the National Institute of Mental Health endorsed principles set in The European Charter for Researchers and The Code of Conduct for Recruitment of Researchers, with the aim to obtain the HR Award certificate which is awarded by the European Commission to Research institutions that implement The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R).
NUDZ submitted within the framework of the Operational Program Research, Development and Education at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports a proposal of the project “Development of Capacities for Research and Development at the NIMH. MEYS approved the project proposal.


The aim of the project is

• To obtain the HR Award certificate which is awarded by the European Commission to Research institutions implementing the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) based on the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for Researchers, which is the recommendation of the European Commission No. 2005 / 251 / EC, which obliges research institutions to create friendly working conditions, career development and transparent recruitment procedures for researchers.
• Strategic setting and development of internal evaluation of researchers
• Strategic setting and development of international cooperation in R & D and internationalization

Contribution of HRS4R Implementation for NUDZ and Researchers

• Strengthen the reputation of NUDZ and increase the attractiveness of NUDZ for both foreign and domestic institutions and researchers
• Ensuring open, transparent and merit-based recruitment (OTM-R) of new staff
• Increased access to European and national research support programs (TAČR, HORIZON 2020, etc.)
• Strengthening the career development of researchers, increased support for vocational training
• Recognizing the experience of mobility in the public and private sectors.
• Developing the professional growth of researchers

Interim Assessment 24 months after the first HR Award granting
