Profile
The main objective is to evaluate the main neurobiological modalities of the brain in the context of mental illness. In addition to clinical neurobiology research (MRi, Genetics, Neuropsychology, EEG), we will focus on creating a flexible and modern electronic health information system for complex personalized care that will integrate the clinical data of individual patients. This electronic system will further exploit mobile technologies that will be used to automate real-time mental fault evaluation. The ultimate goal is a module of individualized assessment of these data, which will provide a professional decision-making system for physicians who meet the concept of CAD (Computer Aided Decision).
Aims
1. Building multimodal databases for the first episode of schizophrenia, OCD, bipolar affective disorders (MRI, EEG, neuropsychology, genetics, metabolism, long-term monitoring based on telemedicine applications)
2. Advanced analysis of multimodal data in psychiatry. On this basis, prediction of course, therapeutic response and medium-term outbreak of the disease
3. Neuroimaging Research Using MRI and MRI / 256-Channel MR Compatible EEG
4. Development and clinical testing of telemedicine applications for long-term monitoring and relapse prediction in psychiatry
Partial aims
1. Introduce methodologies providing source clinical and neurobiological data (ie gene typing, magnetic resonance, telemonitoring of psychopathology by mobile technologies).
2. Create an architecture and test your own information system, including its modules.
3. Provide an effective platform for neuropsychiatric research by creating an integrative database of comprehensive information on a wide range of neurobiological and clinical variables in patients.
