Anti-corruption Program

The internal anti-corruption program of the NIMH (including annexes) is prepared in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Health of the Czech Republic No. 22/2019, which follows the Resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 855 of December 17, 2018, by which it approved the government's concept of the fight against corruption for the years 2018 to 2022 and Resolution No. 769 of November 20, 2018, by which the Government of the Czech Republic approved the updated version of the Framework departmental internal anti-corruption program.

The main goal of the Internal Anti-Corruption Program is to eliminate or limit as much as possible the prerequisites for the emergence of corrupt behavior within the NIMH, to identify risky places and areas of activity where corruption could occur. In connection with the identified corruption risks, then define essential systemic procedures and measures to minimize them.

NIMH has a publicly accessible e-mail address protikorupci@nudz.cz for reporting suspected corruption. Other methods described in the NIMH Internal Anti-Corruption Program can also be used to report suspected corruption.

All notifications received will be properly analyzed and evaluated. The submission must not be to the detriment of the notifier, i.e. no direct or indirect actions may be taken against the notifier in connection with the fact that he submitted the notification.
