Profile

The Clinic of the National Institute of Mental Health is a single-specialty psychiatric hospital, where we provide specialized psychiatric contractual treatment and diagnostic care to those insured by health insurance companies and self-payers as a non-relegation medical facility. We also offer medical services in other related fields such as neurology, clinical psychology, physiotherapy and occupational therapy.

In addition to medical care, the clinic participates in the teaching of medical students, the clinic is the teaching base of the Third Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Prague (Clinic of Psychiatry and Medical Psychology), and is also used for postgraduate teaching of doctors and psychologists. Furthermore, the clinic is involved in clinical research, including contractual research.
