Annotation

1. To investigate the state of population mental health approximately 2 years since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic (autumn 2022), and assess the potential changes in population mental health in comparison with data collected in 2017 and during the first year of the pandemic (spring and autumn 2020).

2. To investigate the self-reported utilization and perceived availability of psychiatric services approximately 2 years since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic (autumn 2022) and perceived barriers in service utilization.

3. To investigate population attitudes towards people with mental illnesses and towards mental illnesses approximately 2 years since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic (autumn 2022), and assess the potential changes in these attitudes in comparison with data collected in 2013, 2014 and 2019.
