Psychological Support for Employees
Employee mental health care is an important part of a healthy and supportive working environment. For this reason, NIMH offers its employees psychological support when needed, either in the form of a consultation with a clinical psychologist or a crisis psychotherapeutic intervention provided through the outpatient clinic of the NIMH Clinical Department.
The service is intended for employees who find themselves in a psychologically challenging work-related or personal situation and need professional support, consultation, or guidance on possible next steps. Where appropriate, follow-up psychological, psychotherapeutic, or psychiatric care may be recommended.
One-off psychological support is provided as a confidential and voluntary form of employee support. Its aim is to contribute to employees’ mental well-being, support them in coping with difficult situations, and help prevent long-term overload.
Detailed information on how to use the service, including the conditions, contact persons, and appointment procedure, will be provided to employees via the NIMH intranet.
