Kseniia Fainshtein works in the Neurobiology of Sleep, Memory, and Cognition research group at the National Institute of Mental Health. In 2022, she earned her master's degree from the Faculty of Science at Charles University. She focuses on the neurophysiological mechanisms of memory, particularly the encoding and consolidation of spatial representations in the hippocampus, which she studies using experimental approaches, data analysis, and modeling in Python.
