Annotation

The project responds to the current situation and the urgent need to support the mental health of the Czech population by increasing health literacy in the field of mental health through the establishment of an educational process and the creation of an educational environment, communication of this topic, and awareness-raising activities. Thanks to the educational environment, it will be possible to access an overview of training courses, educational materials, up-to-date information on mental-health care and self-care, consult personalized topics, and use discussion forums. The aim of the project is to increase health literacy in the field of mental health by creating a new, sustainable educational process.
