The main goal of the proposal is to create specific multifactorial stress conditions that simulate psychological and physiological stressors affecting military personnel, and on their basis to develop a structured stress model for assessing their resilience. The project aims to provide theoretical and applied knowledge about the influence of these stress factors on the human body, test the reliability of the measured stress indicators and verify the functionality and accuracy of the proposed model. Project is also aim to design and test a dietary supplement based on biomodulators (psychobiotics) on the prepared model of standardized simulated operational stress, which will be free of adverse side effects affecting the performance of military personnel in stressful situation.
